Day 22: Delicate Arch

Perhaps we saved the best for last, or perhaps this was just the only day we were willing to drag ourselves out of bed early to beat the heat, but today we got an early start on our hike to Delicate Arch. It was mostly uphill and on a lot of rock, so it was easy to see how this could approach unbearable with the heat later in the day. But in the early morning light, we were able to make quick time of it, and like other features we have made the effort to get in closer to, Delicate Arch did not fail to impress.
