Day 16 word of the day: whirlpool

It was challenging to come up with any words that could describe the beauty and magic of Antelope Canyon. Even the photos, while phenomenal, done come close to capturing what it was like to be down in the canyon, surrounded by the red layered rocks. Finally we did select “whirlpool“as our word, as in the swirling and whirling forces of the water that carved Antelope Canyon into amazing striated rock faces over millions of years.
