Day 10 word of the day: discoveries

Discoveries, defined as discovering new people like hiking family buddies from Maryland, camp pool friends from Kentucky that we met first in Death Valley (and remet in Zion at the camp ground), the kids discovering they could catch frogs, and best of all, discovering and hiking up a slot canyon and finding and idyllic lunch spot at the top of a Zion National Park hike -where we had to scale the side of a cliff and scramble over boulders.
